Baked Potatoes With Wild Mushroom

Ingredients Required
8 baking potatoes
1/4 and 2 table spoon jivo canola oil
2 table spoon butter without salt
4 pounds wild mushrooms
1 chopped onion
Salt and Pepper
1 cup dry white wine
4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon chopped tarragon(naagadauna)
2 teaspoon chopped thyme(ajavaayan ke phool)
1 cup beef
Formula Of The Recipe
- Preheat the oven and peel of the potatoes and rub oil on the potatoes.
- Bake the potatoes for at least one hour until they get tender.
- Take a pan and add oil in it, after that melt butter in the pan . Add mushrooms and sprinkle salt and pepper (according to your taste) , and stir it occasionally until they get tender . Cook at-least for 20 mins.
- Add chopped onion and garlic and saute it, cook for 8 mins until the mushrooms get brown. Add dry white wine and cook until it gets evaporate.
- Add thyme,beef,tarragon and stir it till they get start boiling.
- Take the potatoes which we have baked and slit the potatoes and fill the potato with the ingredient that we have cooked. Add some salt and transfer to plates.
- Your dish is ready to serve .
